Just upgraded to a Galaxy S7 and now can't watch TV on TV Anywhere or access Sky Sports on the phone.
Can anyone help me fix this?
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you here in the Community even if the circumstances are less than perfect
OK, The Samsung S7 launched with Android OS 6.0.1. Currently any devices launching with this version are unable to stream TV Anywhere.
I feel your frustrations as since upgrading to the S7 I am in the same boat
We are working on getting this resolved but in the meantime you are able to use another device or revert to using it via the PC / Laptop.
We will let you know when this changes.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

Hope you don't mind me responding on behalf of Kath_F.
This issue does not affect Sky applications, therefore, this should work fine for you.
What specific message are you receiving?
I would recommend deleting and re-downloading the app. Possibly also unregistering then re-registering the device.
If it's an issue with username/password, I can also help you further with this, just let me know.

As it's sticking on the log in page it's not going to allow you to register. Does it allow you to click on Sign In after entering the details?
Have you altered the font or text size in the settings?
If so put these back to default and try again for me
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks for coming back to me on this one and apologies to hear that nothings changed
Are you using the device in Portrait or Landscape mode?
Make sure you are signing in using the Primary Virgin Media details too. Sub accounts won't work with the Sky apps.
Come back and keep me posted.
