Nexus 9 TV Anywhere Issues

Hello hoping one of the Virgin forum team can help me please!

Been using TV Anywhere on my Nexus 9 just fine until today when I ran into some problems...

Came up with "Technical Error" code E=117 V=-1 so I used the "Send log" function.

Then it advised the device wasn't registered so deleted the old Nexus 9 entry and re-registered it. Unfortunately it still doesn't work and now it says "Device registration required" and obviously now I don't have any changes left this month....

Is it possible to reset the device changes / get this working some other way?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like I'm waiting until January before I can use it again!

Re: Nexus 9 TV Anywhere Issues

Hi crowbarhead,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue using your Nexus device with TV Anywhere.

There was a fault we became aware of that has since been resolved.

How have things been since you last posted? I'm hoping all is working as it should be now but if not, and you're still having an issue, come back and let me know.

I've also added a device change for you to re-register the device if needed.

Thanks,
