New registered device can't stream Skysports

I have registered a new device with TV Anywhere but cannot stream Skysports. It is saying I have exceeded the number of devices.  Reading through the forums it sounds like virgin and sky apps are not synced and the device(s) on Sky need to be manually removed.  Any help with this?  There is a Test Match on and I'm having to do far too much work while this is broken!

Sky premium channels are managed separately to the rest of TV Anywhere.
