I tried to register a new moblie. I deleted one of my 2 devises and tried to register ne w mobile.
I can now log into the app on new fone ,but when i try to watch anyting it keeps asking me to register devise and the doesnt allow this.
What do i need to do.
Hello, anyone from Virgin read my earlier post???Still no advise as to how to resolve this problem with not being able to register new devise.!!

I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your device.
I have gone in to the account and have reset the device changes. You should now be able to register the new device.
