New device registered

Hi

How long does it take from registering a new device on the Virgin website before Sky are advised. I am trying to watch SkySports and am getting a message saying that I have reached the limit for registered devices and I should contact my service provider.  [S:266  / C:1110 / t:6104 / c:4110]

 

it's particularly frustrating, I have new laptop and I messed up registering the device last month and had to wait until this month to change it.  I have solved all the silverlight issues and now this... :-(

 

Would appreciate help

Cancel my request thanks!

 

I started reading more forum posts and realised that registration for SkySports devices is required as well!

 

If only I had known I could have sorted that before, I am a dummy
