New V6 Box - TV Anywhere App now not working

Had a TiVo and old HD box. Replaced the HD box with a V6 box and now my tv anywhere app isn't recognising my iPad. When I log in I have to select from TiVo or V6 and both now say that they don't recognise my device even though it is still logged as my device. Added my sons iPad and that works fine.

Anyone else have this problem and know how to sort? I've no more device changes at the moment

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

 

Whenever you make any changes to your TV Service, it can take TV Anywhere 48 hours to fully update with the changes. During this time, you won't be able to log in to the service. 

 

Since posting, are things working again now?
