My device is shown as registered but system says it isn't ????????

hi - I am trying to watch to anywhere via I pad 

connections etc are ok 

when I press to watch on iPad it says I need to register

when I go to device registration screen it shows as already been registered ????

i have watched on this I pad previously

please advise ?

Welcome to the community

 

I am sorry to hear that your unable to watch TV Anywhere in your iPad due to registration, even though it is registered.

 

On your account you have one device available. If you can log back into your account, under My Profile select Device Settings. Here you will see the iPad as registered. Remove it from the list, then go back into the TV Anywhere app on the iPad, select a channel to stream and re-register.

 

Hopefully this will work for you. Let me know how you get on.

It was strange though that last time I looked I didn't have the option to change this month
