Mobile App

Hi the mobile app for virgin media doesn't work for me it says I'm connected to wifi and I'm not any way to get it to work?

I'm really sorry to hear the app isn't currently working for you. 

 

What are you trying to do? 

What is the exact error message you are seeing?

 

In order to live stream from the channels you would need to be connected to a wifi network.

 

What is the make and model of the device you are using?

It will be the first time I have used the app as I'm just recently connected to virgin broadband I only have broadband and telephone line but it says to register I have to turn wifi off so they can authenticate me I have done this but it still says the same thing
