I've just downloaded the virgin media lounge app but when I try to sign in it says no internet connection even though I do have. Has anybody else had this problem and can you help?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry to hear that you're having problems with one of our apps--is this the TV Anywhere app?
If it is, then make sure you are connected via a WiFi connection, as TV Anywhere won't work on a mobile data connection.

You can still log-in with a mobile data connection, you just can't stream.
Use of the TV Anywhere app does require that you have a TiVo though.
