Maintenance

Why do you insist on doing so called "essential maintenance" on the TV Anywhere web page at times when people might still be trying to use it?  ie between midnight and 1am.  Why not do it around 4 in the morning when nobody cares?

 

And yes I expect an answer in less than 3 weeks!!!!!!

and the android app isnt working either.  VM is bloody clueless about how to treat customers!!!!!!

Should be working again for you now. This was a big bit of maintenance to some backend components that had to be done outside of the usual low usage maintenance window. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Works for VM. Posts are my own opinion.

i am awake at 4am and i care. i also have updates happen. they have to be updated at some point. someone will always be watching.
