Re: Lost streaming

Hi norfolkdumpling,

Nope, I've gone ahead and added a device change for you. You'll need to wait until March 1st for any further changes though.

Let me know how it all goes.

Thanks,

Re: Lost streaming

Are you sure you are trying a channel that is actually available to stream? What happens when you try?

Re: Lost streaming

Wow.  OK.  A lot of "thickies" try streaming HD variants which TV Anywhere obviously doesn't carry. Their perception is that it has stopped working when it hasn't.

It's possible to set up the app so that it ONLY shows streaming channels so this sort of confusion can be avoided.  Obviously you can work that out for yourself though.

Re: Lost streaming

Hi norfolkdumpling,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in replying. I've been off over the Christmas and New Years period but am back now and here to help where I can.

In order for me to help further can you let me know what make and model device you are using?

What OS is your device running?

Also what channels are you trying to stream?

What sort of error message comes up?

Let me know.

Thanks,

Hi norfolkdumpling,

Thanks for coming back to us on this Smiley Happy

Now you're home, using TV Anywhere can you try streaming channel 4 for me.

What happens when you stream this? What error message, if any, do you get?

Let me know.
