Lost sound after updating the flash player

I have just updated the flash player on the TV Anywhere page via my computer but for some reason have lost the sound. It is ok on everything else, BBC iPlayer etc. Any ideas or is it a recognised problem ?

Hi marksach,

Welcome to the Community!

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Anywhere.

Could you try uninstalling then reinstalling the Flash player?

Speak soon

Re: Lost sound after updating the flash player

Hi Josh.
I have tried that a few times. I have noticed in the Flash Player settings that it isn't bringing up my sound preference, which is a Apogee Duet 2, in the list. But it did work originally, so I assume the upgrade doesn't support the Duet as yet.
Many Thanks for your reply.
Mark

Re: Lost sound after updating the flash player

Hi marksach,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I can't say for sure whether or not the Duet is supported. Are you able to test without the Apogee audio interface to see if it works?
