Lost all streaming channels.

Hi,

Once more, I cannot stream any channels. When I use the filter to only show streaming channels I get..
"No channels match your current channel filter selection"

I mentioned this in a thread last month and it was fixed by getting my account "re-synchronised". Could someone from Virgin kindly check my account.

Thanks for your post and apologies that you are having this issue again Smiley Sad

 

I have gone into the account and re-synced this at this end. Are the channels filtering through now? 

 

If not, are you using the online or app version of TV Anywhere?

 

If online version:
What OS is your PC/Laptop running?
What browser are you using and which version is it?
What version of Flash Player are you using?
Do you get anything different if trying another browser?
 
If app version:
What is the make and model of your device?
What OS is the device running?
Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?
 
Let me know so we can help further with this.

Hi,

Still not working. I am using an ipad 2 with ios 9.2

I have not used any other mobile device. In general it had been working fine since its introduction. I have only started having issues since I got a replacement TIVO box a few months ago.

My other registered device is my Windows PC. This continues to work fine.

Thanks for coming back to me on this and apologies things are still not resolved. 

 

OK, so based on the information you've given, the device you are using is fine and running a supported OS too. 

 

As this issue first arose when you had the new TiVo® it's worth us starting there. 

 

Turn the TiVo® box off and leave off for a few minutes. Turn it back on so it's feeling nice and refreshed Smiley Happy

 

When you go back into the app, is it finding the TiVo®? 

When checking the TV listings on the app, are you able to set up recordings?

When All Channels is selected, are the streaming channels such as Channel 4 and Channel 5 there or are they not in the list?

OK, I have rebooted the TIVO box and also the ipad.

When I open the app and select "All Channels", I can see the full list, including, for example, Channel 4 and Channel 5. However none of the channels are flagged with the streaming symbol. When I select the "Streaming" filter I get an empty screen with the message "No channels match your current folter selection".

All other functionality seems fine. I can manage and set new recordings. I can manage my series links. I can browse the collections and box sets etc, but when I try and watch something, I get message saying "On Demand unavailable".

I do not have my TIVO connected to my home network so the remote functionality will obviously not work.

Hi sinky, 

 

As Channel 4 and 5 are both showing in the list when you check the TV Listings, try selecting the show. Does it only give you the option to Watch on TV or does it give you the option to Watch on Device too?

 

When using the app, you're not able to watch boxsets or On Demand content. This feature is only available when using a PC or Laptop. 

 

Let me know if you have the option to stream.

I have had exactly the same issue , rang Virgin at 4pm was told techs would ring me ! Still no reply paying for something I can't use not happy no one seems to know why it won't stream

I have excatly the same problem , are you available to help or know who can as I've phoned Virgin media and still no help !

Yesterday my streaming channels re-appeared. Today they are gone again !!!!!!!
