OK, I have rebooted the TIVO box and also the ipad.
When I open the app and select "All Channels", I can see the full list, including, for example, Channel 4 and Channel 5. However none of the channels are flagged with the streaming symbol. When I select the "Streaming" filter I get an empty screen with the message "No channels match your current folter selection".
All other functionality seems fine. I can manage and set new recordings. I can manage my series links. I can browse the collections and box sets etc, but when I try and watch something, I get message saying "On Demand unavailable".
I do not have my TIVO connected to my home network so the remote functionality will obviously not work.
As Channel 4 and 5 are both showing in the list when you check the TV Listings, try selecting the show. Does it only give you the option to Watch on TV or does it give you the option to Watch on Device too?
When using the app, you're not able to watch boxsets or On Demand content. This feature is only available when using a PC or Laptop.
