There was a known issue surrounding this back when you posted. Since posting though have you had any similar issues?

Hi thank you for your reply phoned 150 and following the problem in the area I had to delete tvanywhere and then reload it's worked ok ever since! The Virginmedia guy couldn't understand it either. Many thanks
