Limit reached on sky cinema app

We've not made any recent changes to our account but sky cinema will not allow us to use the service as it's saying our device limit has been reached, I can not find the section on VM to change any devices or limits??

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 


As mentioned by Graham_A, there's a different route to take when changing your devices for use with the Sky apps. The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 

Follow the path Graham has given to be able to update the devices Smiley Happy
