Updated my iPhone 5s and IPad Air 2 ' with the latest tv anywhere update , and it no longer works . I keep getting "COMMUNICATION ERROR. There was a problem connecting to the TiVo service. Worked perfectly ok before this update.
I whole heartedly agree that this app should work for all users and not a chosen few. I'm using iPad Air and and iPhone 6 on the latest OS and Virgin don't seem to want to resolve being unable to access the app that worked perfectly a few days ago.
Bully for you Mr Superuser. That's a great attitude to take, some of us can't use the benefit of the app. If you are a superuser and have any influence within Virgin I suggest you ask them to look into the issue a little bit harder
