Is there any way to make TV Anywhere on android pass through to tv via HDMI?

I have connected up my GS2 mobile using the TV Anywhere app to a TV using a HDMI cable.  All works fine with other apps, but when I try the Virgin app, it is unable to stream the program, citing Error Code D:1.  I'm presuming that Virgin don't allow the video to be passed on, but would be interested if anyone has found a way to do this.

I can't use the desktop version in a browser, as it needs Flash 12 and the highest you can get on Android is 11.  This is quite annoying as I can't see what the issue would be passing the video on.

Thanks for any help.

In common with Sky Go, TV Anywhere blocks such a connection.

Hi Shugg,

Thanks for your post and as mentioned by Ernie, TV Anywhere is designed to block the content being streamed via HDMI.

Apologies for any inconvenience Smiley Happy
