hasn't worked for me anytime I've tried to use it in the past month or so. Certainly isn't working as I type.

Hi Kath

I don't have the same problem as la7, if works for me most of the time and has worked plenty of times since I made the original post. Howver I did just try it on my phone and got "We're currently experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulty connecting to your TiVo service. Please try again in a few minutes." At 0812AM! I normally expect to see that message in the evenings. I don't generally try the app at this time of days so I can't say how unusual that is.

ETA: It worked fine at 0814, I regard cases like this where the second attempt works as almost a non-issue.

I can't get past the spinning wheel on the device page. I don't use service that often but every time I have tried in the last 6 or so weeks.

Thanks for coming back and letting us know things are more or less resolved. 

 

Little errors like this can happen if you are using the TiVo® at the same time or even if the TiVo® starts to record a programme. 

 

I'm glad things are working for you now though.

In order to help you, we'll need some more information. Can you come back with the following:

 

Are you using the Online or App version of TV Anywhere?
 
If online version:
What OS is your PC/Laptop running?
What browser are you using and which version is it?
What version of Flash Player are you using?
Do you get anything different if trying another browser?
 
If app version:
What is the make and model of your device?
What OS is the device running?
Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?
 
Let me know so we can help further with this.
