In less than 72 hours this month my device is not registered!!!!

The same device is deregistered again!!!!  All it takes is a windows update, and two devices have to be re-registered.

I am a new and first time customer of virgin having been with Sky c20 yrs I am finding the service highlighted by this issue re device registration well below expectations.I registered my 4 devices with Sky and never once had an issue. The technical issues cannot be insurmountable but I am missing things I truly ing to log in to the rugby enjoy and no chance to catch up.
