Just received my letter concerning my now annual inflation busting price increase. I wouldn't mind but I don't see any improvement in the service I receive in the slightest.
Virgin need to start thinking 'out of the V box' (sorry, pardon the pun) if they want to keep customers. For starters how about raising the limit on the number of devices ? After all, it is the 21st century.
There are 5 people in my household, all with at least one device and yet I can only log on to 2 at a time with a measly 1 change a month. In word, poor. How feasible is this ?
