I have reached the limit for registered devices on sky sports ?!?!?!

I'm trying to log in to sky sports through virgin media but it is saying that I have reached the limit for registered devices but I know I only have the two registered.  someone please help!

I think 2 per user is the limit and you have to set up a second user (max 5) and then register your device by logging in as the other user.

Hi hboothby, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

You are only able to register 2 devices for use on the TV Anywhere and Sky apps. 

 

If you already have 2 registered, you would need to remove one of these to make room for the new device. 

 

You can do this by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. This will allow you to change the device for use with TV Anywhere. 

 

You will also need to perform the change for the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.

 

Once you've made the change this will free up a space to add the new device Smiley Happy
