Apologies to hear that you've not been able to get sound on Gold TV.
Since posting has there been any change? Checking here on our test device, the sound is working as it should be.
If you are still having an issue then as simple as this sounds, make sure you haven't got the sound switch set to silent on the device. This can sometimes turn the volume off to some apps as well as the tones for notifications etc.
