I have just registered a new device but it doesn't recognise it, what's the problem?

I have just added a new device (my PC) and it won't work, it says it is not registered when I try to watch something or it's not recognised, why?

Hi Brian111,

 

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your post. 

 

Apologies for the issues you are having with your device being recognised. 

 

I have taken a look at the account and can see there is a device named Home PC registered which was done on the 13th October so I'm assuming this is the device you are referring to. 

 

What browser did you use to register your device?

Have you made any changes or updates to the Laptop since registering?
