I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue when trying to use the Sky Sports app.
I've taken a look at the account and am not seeing any devices registered for use with the Sky apps.
What model iPhone and iPad are you using?
What iOS are both the devices running on?
After downloading the app, have you been able to log in on either of the devices?
What about TV Anywhere? Have you been able to register and use this app on either / both the devices?
Keep me posted so I can help get this resolved for you.
