I get the message device could not be detected when trying to watch anytime

I am a new customer and when I try to watch anything on anytime I get the message device not detected but the home screen says I have 2 changes left this month so 1 has gone which must be the initial device registration

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your device being detected. 

 

It would help if we had a little more information. 

 

Are you trying to register a mobile / tablet device or a PC / laptop?

 

If mobile / tablet device:

What is the make and model of your device?

Have you been able to download the app to the device?

 

If pc / laptop device:

Is it a device that has a touchscreen or can be used as a table or laptop?

What browser are you using?
