Device registrations are not synced between TV Anywhere and the Sky Sports and Mobile Apps.
There is a separate section in Anywhere.virginmedia.com under My Profile for Sky Movies and Sky Sports - have you checked to see what, if any devices are showing as registered?
If you iPad is not showing then delete what is and go back to the app and try to view again. The device should then register.

Hello ive got the same problem cant access sky sports on my iphone. The app says its for customers with sky subscription which i have. Checked on registered devices and the iphone is registered. Any help thanks.
