Hello. Is there anyone out there?
I need an Engineer to extend a cable to a new TV. A SIMPLE JOB!!!
I cannot contact a human voice by phone and chat is permanently busy!!
I have no idea what my account password is, so cannot get past the interminable questions on the phone!!!

If you don't remember your password then don't type any thing into the keypad and it should then transfer you to an agent.
Just to give you some up front information, for us to send someone out to do this there may well be a £99 charge.

The below is not the case Kath F. If you don't type anything into the keypad the system goes into a loop and continues to request
password details. Please try it and maybe get somebody to resolve the glitch.

Apologies for the delay in replying. I've been off over the Christmas and New Years period but am back now and here to help where I can.
Checking things today, it does repeat twice but if you hold again, on the 3rd attempt it sends you directly through to an agent.
I hope you've been able to get through over the holidays.

I'm glad you managed to get things resolved. Next time you call us, change the password so that way you won't have to hold and will be able to go straight through
