How about a response

How about a response, an update, any communication at all, telling us why the online EPG does not work and when it is going to be fixed?

 

It is only six months now.

 

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

That is, to put it bluntly, a lie.

 

You have not "responded to this issue on another post". In the other post you have simply repeated the same non-answer you have been posting for months.

 

Can you explain to me how that is a response?
