having trouble logging into to anywhere, won't accept my new password when I go through forgotten password.

Sorry to read you are unable to log into TV Anywhere after changing the password.
Did you change the password via your My Virgin Media?
If so, can you now log back into this with the new password or your emails?
Are you using TV Anywhere on a laptop/PC/mobile/tablet?
