Hayu App

Anyone else having issues with accessing Hayu? Since Friday it's been saying '.....could not be played'.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue playing from the HayU App. Is this on a TiVo® or a V6 box? 

 

If V6 box then HayU isn't quite yet available. 

 

If your TiVo®, how have things been since you last posted?

Hi Kath.

It's a TiVo. I chased it this morning and was told that Hayu is currently unavailable nationwide and the issue started early Feb. I suggested this fault should be made known via Service Status. Also wondering why I wasn't told this when I contacted Virgin last week about it.

You're right, there is currently an issue with the Hayu app on TiVo® affecting customers nationwide. I'm really sorry you weren't informed of this sooner.
