Re: Galaxy S5 Neo and TV Anywhere

Hi Karambah,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.

I'm really sorry to hear that TV Anywhere is not working for you on your S5 device.

In order to help you with this, I'll need a little more information.

What sort of error are you getting?

What are you trying to do when this error comes up?

What OS version are you running?

What Mobile Network are you on?

Let me know so I can help further.

Thanks,

Re: Galaxy S5 Neo and TV Anywhere

Kath,  thanks for fast followup. Appreciated.

Now fixed. Owner error is responsible.

I had dabbled before reading enough to learn that TV Anywhere does not stream over 3G. Only over Wifi. That was my problem.

But it raises the question, probably answered somewhere else if I were to search ..... WHEN will VM get TV Anywhere to work over 3G?  It can only then truly be called TV "Anywhere"

It happens to the best of us so don't worry!

Currently there is no news on whether this will be a feature but believe me, if it becomes available I'll be the first to shout it from the rooftops Smiley Happy
