Error

Why do I get the message "You have reached the limit for registered devices. Please visit your service provider to manage your devices" when I sign in and get to the Virgin play screen. Until a day or so ago it worked fine. And how to I get the Service Provider Is it possible for Virgin to make things any more difficult?

Are you using an approved browser? Have you recently updated your operating system?

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with this error message. 

 

In order to help, we'll need some more information. 

 

Are you using the app or online service?

 

If app:

What device are you using?

What OS is it running?

Are you getting this with TV Anywhere or are you trying to watch the Sky Movies/Sky Sports?

 

If online:

What browser are you using?

What OS is your device running?

Is Adobe Flash up to date?

 

When you sign into anywhere.virginmedia.com > My profile > Device Settings is your device listed here? If so try deleting it and re registering to see if this makes any difference.
