Trying to watch sky sports 1 on iPad. Normally have no problem but saying I don't have a subscription. I do. I gave the full sports package

I have gone in to the account and re-synced the package.
Can you delete and then re-register your device by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. Delete the current registration and then go back to the Sky Sports app.
Attempt to stream and it should work.
