Error code

When trying to watch TV anywhere on my Android tablet I get the following message:

Error code: E=32 V=-1

Can anyone tell me what's going on please?

Re: Error code

Oh good, it's not just me then. Why am I not surprised that yet another attempt by Virgin to modernise doesn't work?!

Sorry I can't help with your query, but at least you're not alone.

Re: Error code

Hi & many thanks to you both for taking the time to get in touch.

I can tell you that VM recently updated the app & after several reboots of my tablet it has now started working! I don't really know why as I didn't change any of the settings, but I'm not arguing with the result. My tablet runs on android v6.0.1 which until recently I understood wasn't supported, so things are apparently changing.

Keep trying, maybe you'll be lucky too.

Re: Error code

After a swift restart of my phone, it has done the trick.

Re: Error code

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your messages, it's good to see you all here. As StopItRawr has mentioned, the reboot of the device usually resolves this sort of fault. Can you let me know if you're suffering any other issues or if this problem has remained?

Keep in touch and thank you.

Ben

Re: Error code

Hi andhaw,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's nice having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy

I'm sorry to learn that you are having an issue with this error code.

In order to help you, can you come back to me with the following:

What is the make and model of the device you are using?

Are you able to log in to the app?

What is the exact error message you are getting?

What are you trying to do when you get this?

Has TV Anywhere ever worked on this device?

Come back and let me know.

Thanks,

Kath_F
