Error code V:500

I have a Samsung note SM-N910SF When trying to access chanel with tv anywhere app, I cannot watch on phone as error code V:500 appears every time.What is the fix for this, I have re installed the app several times.

Sorry to hear that your unable to watch channels through TV Anywhere due to an error code.


Can you let me know on which channels your receiving this error code on please? Or does it happen on all streaming channels? Is it only on the Samsung Note or does it appear on other devices also?
