What make and model device are you using?
What channels are you trying to stream?
What is the full error message that comes with the code?

OK, just making sure, do you have any device account set up on the Nexus? If so, make sure you are using only the main account.
Have you been able to use TV Anywhere on this device before or is this your first try?
When you go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings is the Nexus listed there?
