Error code 110

I am unable to set recordings via the TVAnywhere website on Sky Sports or Sky Movies HD channels as I get error code 110 telling me to upgrade!

I think it relates to the new deal i have been moved on to called Full House Sports and Movies SD. The clue is in the name, I still get the HD channels but it seems they have been added as a freebie so the system thinks I only have a SD contract.

How do I get this fixed ?

I appreciate you are having issues with this and thank you for letting us know.

For us to support you best and our customers best we ask that they only keep their posts to one thread as multiple threads cause confusion. I'm going to close this one down and continue to support you on your other thread E-signing new contract where you've popped the screenshots of this issue on there for us re the error code 101.
