Error code 110, TV anywhere

Hi, I have just upgraded my package and have had added Sky Cinema.

However i am unable to set a program to record from the TV anywhere website; i am given the error code 110.

In fact, this is happening across all channels, inc Sky Sports, which i have had for a number of years now. Can you fix this please?

Hi backslah_loser,

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with recording programmes via your online TV Anywhere.

If you are still having a problem with this, please verify the following:

  1. Are you able to access all the options under Manage My TiVo (please check all of the options here to verify you can access the TiVo recordings)? 
  2. Verify that the default is set to the correct TiVo box under the My TiVo boxes option. If you have more than one TiVo box, please try switching the default  to the other box and see if this works so we can verify if this is a box fault.

Hi

1) I can access all options, but any record request produces an error

2) I have tried this but it makes no difference.

I have seen that other users have had similar issues and theirs seem to have been resolved by someone at Virgin Media making some back end changes.  http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/TV-on-the-go/Subscription-Needed-Code-110/td-p/2293591

I've gone in to the account and re-synced your packages. This should help you to set up remote recordings Smiley Happy

 

If you can, try doing it now and let me know how you get on. It's also worth checking if you can stream from Channel 4 for me.

I am now able to setup recordings for Sky Sports but not for Sky Cinema.  I have also noticed that i can't access the Sky Cinema on demand app through the Tivo box.

Can you look into this please, as i can't make full use of the Sky Cinema package.

Channel 4 streams through Firefox without issues..

I am getting the same code 110 error when I try and access the channel from my TV anywhere. Please re-sync my account as was done to other users.

I get 110 error code when accessing E! Entertainment channel on virgin anywhere, i have mix bundle, so mix tv, 100mb broadband, and tel.

I do get alot of 110 error with some tv channels that are in tv mix packages.
