Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with recording programmes via your online TV Anywhere.
If you are still having a problem with this, please verify the following:
Are you able to access all the options under Manage My TiVo (please check all of the options here to verify you can access the TiVo recordings)?
Verify that the default is set to the correct TiVo box under the My TiVo boxes option. If you have more than one TiVo box, please try switching the default to the other box and see if this works so we can verify if this is a box fault.
