Error V1001

TV Anywhere works completely fine on my PC, but I keep getting an error V1001 when trying to use the iPad app v4.0. It's running iOS 9.3.5 on an iPad 2. Tried signing in again, reinstalling, restarting etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated Smiley Happy

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Anywhere.

 

We've recently updated the app to resolve this and a few other issues. Can you re-test it for me to see if you're still getting the error?
