Error Code 7005

I installed sky sports and cinema player several weeks ago and has worked fine once I discovered the numeric keypad does not work to input password. As normal had to re register device on desktop computer for some reason it says its a Mac. Anyway today when trying to log into either apps get error code 7005 now where tells me what this is so thought maybe if I re register device it might sort the out. Stupid me I have had my one device change which wasn't a change for the month.

Will Virgin ever supply anything that works.

Thanks for taking the time to post and I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems with the Sky player.

 

I have re-synced your subscription so please test it again and let me know if you're still seeing the same error message.

Now I have deleted the device ie my desktop I can no longer register the device.

Still comes up error code 7005.

Now completely useless

Was going to watch the football tonight, it was all working a few days ago.

Now I get error 7005 !!!!!!!!!

We have been advised that Sky are aware of an issue with the desktop player at the moment, and are investigating. 

Sky are currently suggesting to use the App whilst this issue is being addressed.
