Error Code 7005

I installed sky sports and cinema player several weeks ago and has worked fine once I discovered the numeric keypad does not work to input password. As normal had to re register device on desktop computer for some reason it says its a Mac. Anyway today when trying to log into either apps get error code 7005 now where tells me what this is so thought maybe if I re register device it might sort the out. Stupid me I have had my one device change which wasn't a change for the month.

Will Virgin ever supply anything that works.

Re: Error Code 7005

Hi Nobby264,

Thanks for taking the time to post and I'm sorry to hear you've been having problems with the Sky player.

I have re-synced your subscription so please test it again and let me know if you're still seeing the same error message.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Re: Error Code 7005

Thanks for getting back to me Garrie.

Have you been able to re-register your device?

I have also added a link here which I hope helps with the Sky player.

Speak soon

Re: Error Code 7005

We have been advised that Sky are aware of an issue with the desktop player at the moment, and are investigating.

Sky are currently suggesting to use the App whilst this issue is being addressed.

Apologies

Re: Error Code 7005

I had manage you get around the 7005 error code with the sky player update now it wont load spinning disc for hours the error code 0. As normal no info on error code and sky player will not even register my desktop. Completely useless.
