I have some sympathy for Virgin. This has been a change that was imposed by Sky. Were Virgin ever invited to be part of the implementation project, specifically in the testing, which appears to have been poor.
This appears to be Sky imposing themselves on Virgin and Virgin's customers.
Perhaps OFCOM would be interested in a perceived abuse of their monopoly power to deliberately disadvantage those who access Sky's services via the Virgin platform.
Virgin have you considered using OFCOM as arbitrator????????????
I understand that Sky are aware of the problem, but I cannot understand why someone from Virgin Media had not tested the Sky Sports App and been aware of this issue. It has been impossible for me to watch Sky Sports on my laptop for months now. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. Two of my family and other friends have recently left VM and gone back to Sky. How many more have to leave before VM get their act together?
