Error 110 - Premium Package Required - Please Re-Sync my Account

Hi there,

I have just received Premium HD fine on my TV, but it's not available on TV Anywhere. I know that it takes up to 24 automatically to re-sync, and it is not available for me now. It gives me the error above.

Could you please, please, re-sync my account so it is available now? I would really like to watch the Copa America matches scheduled today, but I fear I won't be able to because the account won't be synced until tomorrow.

I hope someone reads this before then, although I doubt it.

Unfortunately they wont.

Is the channel stream-able? Not all are should have a little icon beside it in TVA if it is.

Yeah, it's listed in "Now & Next - All Streaming Channels"

I definitely think it's a syncing issue. Hope they can do it, otherwise I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Staff are not on at the weekend and its circa 48 hrs for a response- might be worth a punt on 150

It's great to hear you've decided to upgrade your package with us. When it comes to syncing the account, once any changes are made, the syncing will control your actual package. 

 

Doing this won't make any difference to the TV Anywhere side of things. It takes around 24 hours for any changes to take affect.
