I have been watching Dr Who series 5 on demand and I have found that episode 13 seems to be missing.
Can you let me know if this a problem, or if I am just not looking in the right place?

Kath is currently working in another area of the business at the moment, is back in a couple of weeks.
However she's had an update on this, and has been advised that the issue with Episode 13 of Dr Who is now resolved.
Could you please try this out and let me know how things go.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not been able to watch Episode 13 of Dr Who.
