Hi, I had Virgin anywhere on my Samsung mobile for a while and used it successfully.
when I tried to do the update it wouldn't let me do it, so I deleted the whole app and tried to download it again, but it is proving impossible to do. Please advise me what to do!

Today we released an update for the Android app so can you try re-downloading the app from the Playstore now
