Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with connecting your TV Anywhere app to your TiVo®. Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?
If you are still having a problem with this, please make sure that you are connecting your broadband SuperHub to your TiVo® via an Ethernet connection. You don't mention if the app allows you to view On Demand programmes or live stream, does this work for you?
