Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with connecting your TV Anywhere app to your TiVo®. Has this issue been resolved for you since your post?

If you are still having a problem with this, please make sure that you are connecting your broadband SuperHub to your TiVo® via an Ethernet connection. You don't mention if the app allows you to view On Demand programmes or live stream, does this work for you?

I can't watch anything it won't connect to my tv at all.

You really need to provide some more detail to stand any chance of identifying where your problem lies.

What are you trying to do and what error message or symptom do you get?

Are you trying to watch a channel? If so, which one - channel number, please?

Sorry to hear about the issue experienced.

 

I've located your account and your equipment levels are within spec.

 

If you're using a WiFi connection to access TV Anywhere via a device, such as, an iPad, etc., it's worth adjusting your wireless settings.
