Does anyone know when I'll be able to use the virgin tv anywhere application on my Samsung Galaxy

I have downloaded and installed the application to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S SM-T800. When I try to run it and type in my email address and password and it replies with "Invalid username or password . . . . . . ."

 

The name and password I enter is the same I use (successfully) to sign into Virgin Media.

 

I have chatted with "Andy" on line but he couldn't help.

 

Anyone got any suggestions - They must support this device - surely.

Hi normamfcook, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having logging in to TV ANywhere via your tablet. 

 

As per Crockret, TiVo® is essential in order to use the app. 

 

If you don't have a TiVo® then you can use TV Anywhere via the website on a PC / Laptop - anywhere.virginmedia.com

 

Try logging in there. Are you successfully logged in?
