Devices

My devices, mobile and laptop have disappeared from my virgin  media account so I can't watch tv anywhere.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing with your TV Anywhere service at the moment.

 

I've located your account and can see two devices registered, as well as a device change available should you wish to change one of them.

 

I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment?
