Recently registered my new laptop to watch Sky Sports. Used my one device change and it worked fine until yesterday. Called Virgin who cleared my slots and told me to add the new device again (the option for 1 device change is showing as available). However, there is now nothing in 'Your Devices'. The support was appalling. He kept putting me hold for two minutes and clearly didn't have a clue. Was supposed to receive a phone call back from his superior. Still waiting.
