Device registration

I'd like to register a desktop computer at my place of work as my second device but the website doesn't seem to be recognising it to acknowledging it. How can I watch TV Anywhere from my work computer? I had no problem doing this when I had Sky and BT Sports.

Re: Device registration

There is a help page showing the technical requirements which may throw some light on this: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/viewArticle.jsp?uuid=9E966504-52D2-49F7-9EAB-8EBAF5B9F4FC

Or perhaps your employer is somehow blocking access.

Re: Device registration

Hi woryan,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue watching TV Anywhere via your work's computer.

We've had this query come up a few times and it's usually always down to the firewall settings within your business.

Are you able to use TV Anywhere from outside of your work's network? maybe in your house?

Let me know.

Thanks,
