Hi, I'm unable to register my device (Nexus 6p) for TV anywhere, if I try to access device registration through the app I get a message saying access denied, and if I try to access it via the website, as soon as I click on my profile I get a message saying it's only available to customers, even though I'm signed in?
Welcome to the Community, sorry to hear about the problems you're experiencing lately.
It sounds as if you're signing into an account which doesn't have active services on it. We wouldn't be able to confirm email information via the community due to security restrictions but you can give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other to confirm you're signing in with the correct information.
